Unique technology, the DryPol® system electronic device is intended to eliminate ground moisture and permanently insulate brickwork with no structural alterations required.

THE DRYPOL TECHNOLOGY® SYSTEM REMOVES DAMP FROM BRICKWORK WITH NO STRUCTURAL ALTERATIONS REQUIRED

The device is a computer-controlled, contactless, electronic system, able to dry damp buildings materials over a wide area - with no electrodes or wires in the wall. It involves a pulse transmitter – the computer-controlled DryPol® system device imbues the water molecules in the walls with a slight electrical charge. Based on the physical law that opposing electric charges attract, these molecules are drawn back through the capillaries in the brickwork down to the subsoil, which always carries a negative charge (illustrative description).

The effects of the drying process can be seen roughly 6 - 12 months after installation. Electro-osmosis – the DryPol system – can dry out and permanently dampproof a building’s brickwork, including the floors, foundations and cellars, to bring it into line with the construction standards! Only around 5% of buildings show deviations in the course of measurement. The drying process and its effectiveness and length always vary from building to building.
