System DryPol®

  • The DryPol® System is manufactured and assembled in the Czech Republic and protected by a trade mark ®
  • It features top parameters and is highly effective.
  • This product is controlled by a computer processor in a high-quality professional design !
  • The device is a contactless, electronic System able to dry areas of damp building materials - without any electrodes or wires in the wall.
  • It is a pulse transmitter - controlled by a computer processor, the DryPol® System device polarizes water molecules in the walls.
  • Thanks to a certain physical phenomenon, these molecules are removed through capillaries in the masonry back to the building subsoil ( simplified description )
  • Thus, the device acts as a mediator for the damp masonry during the interaction between the building subsoil and the actual building during the masonry drying process.
  • It is more economical than undercutting of the masonry or chemical grouting.
  • DryPol® is a high-quality, permanent masonry insulation System that does not require any construction interventions.

Visible effects of the drying can already be observed approx. 6 -12 months after the installation.

  • The electro-physical DryPol® System device can dry house masonry including floors, foundations and cellars, and insulate them from soil moisture up to the values stated in building standards.
  • The drying process, its effectiveness and length are always individual according to the specific building.
  • The DryPol® System operates at the long radio wave frequency - AM
  • SAFE OPERATION ! It has no effects on anything else besides the masonry and the water (moisture) contained in it – certificate of the Electrotechnical Testing Institute for EU. It does not cause interference with any devices, Wi-Fi, mobile networks or televisions, and is effective for all types of building materials, including natural ones, and any combination of them, with the exception of wood, plastics and metal.
